Les Escoumins to Strait of Belle-Isle: Open water from Les Escoumins to 05730W, then bergy water to Strait of Belle-Isle. Lower North Shore: Open water from Havre St-Pierre to St-Augustin, then first year ice to Blanc Sablon.
