New Technologies

The vision of the Canadian Coast Guard - Quebec Region is to become a leader in the development of technologies to support its operations and the provision of services to clients.
In pursuing this goal, the Marine Services, Operational Services and Technical Services Directorates work in close collaboration with outside firms to take advantage of technological progress and develop tools for the provision of services to clients.
In the last few years, several initiatives have emerged from this collaboration, and the Canadian Coast Guard, Québec Region intends to continue to create new initiatives that will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of its clients services.
